The Family Constellations workshops are led by Clare Crombie.

Clare is an experienced UKCP Registered psychotherapist, supervisor and workshop leader, living and working in Edinburgh.

She trained at the Gestalt Centre London, UK between 1989 and 1994, and first started to incorporate the Family Constellations approach into her practice after seeing Bert Hellinger work in London in 1996. Clare has gone deeply into the experiential and theoretical study of the constellation work. This continues to be an evolving process, which has been personally, and professionally transforming.

Since the International Constellations Intensive was started in Germany in 2000 she has attended seven times and learned there with Hunter Beaumont and many of the senior constellators in Germany, USA and the UK. She is an active member of the International Systemic Constellations Association (ISCA) and an assistant editor for: ‘The Knowing Field’.

Clare is a qualified massage practitioner and involved in bodywork and movement. She has qualified in EMDR and is currently studying attachment theory, mindfulness and the brain.

Clare is a founder member of the Cancer Counselling Trust London, and has many years experience of counselling in the field of cancer.

She worked for 3 years offering emotional and therapeutic support to children in a primary school in Edinburgh, for ThePlace2Be.
